The present chapter is about the education of treatment of a minor's troubled family and existential situation, starting from the ontology's which are the basis of the feeling of being thrown into life (Heidegger). There will be an analysis of the main pedagogical issues linked to the entire process of growing, concerning an ecological and conservative systemic vision. After that, some reflections on the main services for the minors and their families – such as communities and the other experiences – together with the analysis of the new mediation tools – like counseling, familiar mediation and neutral space – are the following of this text. Among the working ones there's an openness to disciplinary perspective on which we can easily build up theories, practices and pedagogical professions.

Il volume affronta la tematica dei minori in difficoltà tanto in una prospettiva teoretica - il problema della relazione educativa, dell'accoglienza e della cura - quanto in una più operativa e didattica (i servizi, le competenze genitoriali, la valutazione e l'accreditamento dei servizi per minori in difficoltà.

Abstract
