Il Bambino Espressivo

The volume, aimed in particular - but not only - at educators, parents and teachers of girls and boys between the ages of 0 and 6, enhances expressiveness as a fundamental dimension for growth, as the right to manifest itself to the world. It is in fact that complex of phenomena that allows us, gradually, to give shape to our “possible being” by fighting frailties, walking like acrobats along a thread suspended over the void, in order to be able to say “we are here”. The text offers tools to sharpen the gaze towards the body and vocal - but also cognitive - styles with which children inhabit the world and suggests strategies that accompany them towards the construction of fantasies and beauties revealing truth and knowledge, from food for life. The search for meaning in existence passes through the gradual awareness of how unrepeatable and unique we are: but this can only happen thanks to the exchange with the other and the comparison with the differences it bears. In this sense, the arts are a path that can be practiced by everyone: every human action can assume the features of art, "artification", if it pursues, together with functional objectives, the desire to build "beauty", which is also "good" "For himself and for the world.

Il volume, rivolto in particolare – ma non solo – a educatori, genitori e inse- gnanti di bambine e bambini tra 0 e 6 anni, valorizza l’espressività come di- mensione fondamentale per la crescita, come diritto di manifestarsi al mondo. Essa è infatti quel complesso di fenomeni che ci permette, gradualmente, di dare forma al nostro “essere possibile” combattendo le fragilità, il camminare da saltimbanchi lungo un filo sospeso sul vuoto, per poter dire “noi ci siamo”. Il testo offre strumenti per acuire lo sguardo verso gli stili corporei e vocali – ma anche cognitivi – con i quali i bambini abitano il mondo e suggerisce strategie che li accompagnino verso la costruzione di fantasie e bellezze rive- latrici di verità e di saperi, da alimentare per tutto l’arco della vita. La ricerca di senso all’esistenza passa attraverso la coscienza graduale di quanto siamo irripetibili, unici: ma questo può avvenire solo grazie allo scambio con l’altro e al confronto con le differenze di cui è portatore. Le arti sono in tal senso una strada praticabile da tutti: ogni azione umana può assumere le fattezze dell’arte, “artificarsi”, se persegue, insieme a obiettivi funzionali, il desiderio di costruire il “bello”, che è anche il “buono” per sé e per il mondo.
