The paper examines disinheritance. It is divided into two ideal parts. The first concerns disinheritance in the traditional sense, with particular regard to the controversial application of the artt. 467 ff. in favor of the descendant of the disinherited. The second part is dedicated to disinheritance for just cause, regulated by art. 448-bis of the Civil Code.
