Quando una ricerca azione apre le porte di un'organizzazione? Un'esperienza di ricerca azione in un'agenzia di formazione professionale

The paper is divided in two parts. The first, based on the distinction between action research and clinical inquiry/consulting process as drawn up by Schein (2001), proposes an approach called clinically oriented action research. This hopes to facilitate the dialogue among the different interests and agents involved, a means of opening the organization to the outside. The second part presents a clinically oriented action research carried out in a professional centre of formation. The study is accompanied by the thoughts and ideas expressed by the researchers and consultants when the organization was open or started to open outwards. Finally, criteria for the quality of clinically oriented action research which we believe will allow for a more open organization, are proposed.
