An initial reflection is made on the need for education which is characteristic of contemporary societies, in the light of the proliferation of formative interventions, as specialised as they are fragmentary. The characteristic of the development of educational professionality and the role that pedagogic knowledge plays in it are examined. Considerations are made on the theme of the differences in educational processes, as the social responsibility of the educator and as the hermeneutic key of complexity.
A partire da una riflessione sul bisogno di educazione che caratterizza le società contemporanee, a fronte del proliferare di interventi formativi tanto specializzati quanto frammentari, si esaminano le caratteristiche di sviluppo delle professionalità educative e il ruolo che in esse svolge il sapere pedagogico, per soffermarsi in seguito sul tema della presa in carico delle differenze nei processi educativi come responsabilità sociale dell’educatore e come chiave ermeneutica della complessità.
